  • Built YouMatter AI solo, end-to-end: encrypted chat, LLM responses (Gemini/DeepSeek), Stripe billing, real-time WebSocket admin panel.
  • Wrote a custom WAF with rate limiting, bot detection, and payload validation — significantly reduced abuse and stabilized production.
  • Implemented encryption at rest (AES-256-GCM) with key rotation and access controls for all stored user data.
  • Broke a 10,900-line monolith into 15+ Flask blueprints and containerized the full stack with Docker Compose.
